Account & Data Deletion

At Freed, we believe you should always maintain 100% control over your personal data. Because Freed stores all puff logs, mood check-ins, and quit plans locally on your device, you can delete everything immediately without waiting for server processing.

How to Erase All Data Instantly in the App:

1. Open the Freed app on your device.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap the Settings gear icon.
4. Scroll down to the "Your data" section.
5. Tap "Reset everything".
6. Tap it a second time within 4 seconds when the red confirmation prompt appears.

This immediately and irrevocably erases all puff timestamps, mood entries, quit dates, streak history, and local preferences from device storage.

Uninstalling the App

Because Freed does not retain accounts on a centralized database, deleting or uninstalling the Freed app from your iOS or Android device completely purges all app data and sandbox storage from your phone.

Subscription Cancellation

Please note that erasing app data does not automatically cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To manage or cancel your subscription:

• Apple iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Freed → Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: Play Store app → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Freed.
